On the former factory premises of Sartorius AG in the northern part of Göttingen, a new mixed-use district is being created, which is being jointly developed by HAMBURG TEAM and Sartorius AG. Three historic buildings will be retained and, together with the shed roof hall and a new building, will form the health campus and the life science factory. Residential buildings, a daycare center, a commercial building, a hotel with a restaurant, retail space and smart apartments are being built around this center.
